Delmar is ten years old and knows the foster care system. He warns 12 year old Kima and her 8 year old brother Raw regarding getting caught by the police. Knowing the police have locked up Kima’s house during the investigation of the murder of her mother - Delmar offers to break into the house to help get her aunt’s phone number and of course several items to sell.
